- Service is offered at two levels. We will cover listed items in the agreement with recommendations for repairs as needed.
- Service and payment options are offered at different intervals based on the community size and needs – annually, semi-annually, quarterly and monthly.
- 24/7 on-call service. Whether your gate is damaged or not working, we're available to service your gate around the clock.
Access Management Programs
- Service of community database software includes: adds, deletions, hold opens, special requests, reports, community audits, and payment (add) options at different intervals based on the community’s needs - annually, semi-annually, quarterly, and monthly services.
- Kaiser Garage Doors & Gates offers database management, so the community doesn't need to rely on its members to do so.
